How the pick-up in Innsbruck works

At the main station your driver waits with a name sign in the station hall by the main entrance to Südtiroler Platz; we track your train's arrival. At your hotel the car is outside the entrance at the agreed time – including in the pedestrian old town, where we know the permitted access routes.

When booking, enter the pick-up address, time, number of passengers and the destination; child seats and ski luggage are included. For journeys to Innsbruck Airport allow 15 minutes from the city centre – we recommend leaving 90 minutes before departure.

Companies, hotels and travel agencies can have a collective invoice and a fixed contact for recurring transfers – for example for guests arriving at the station and staying in the Stubai valley.
