The Ötztal starts at Ötztal Bahnhof on the Inn valley motorway and runs 50 km up the valley: Ötz, Längenfeld, Sölden and, at the very end, Obergurgl and Hochgurgl above 1,900 m. From Innsbruck Airport you reach Sölden in about 1 h 10 (83 km) and Obergurgl in about 1 h 30.

The valley road is well cleared in winter but busy on Saturday changeover days. Our drivers know the timing and the detour via Sautens. Tirol Airport Shuttle drives to every village in the valley at a fixed price, around the clock, with ski luggage, child seats and waiting time on delays included – also to the glacier in Sölden or the Aqua Dome in Längenfeld.
