Kaprun with the Kitzsteinhorn glacier lies in the Salzburg region, 150 km and about 2 hours 20 minutes from Innsbruck Airport. Tirol Airport Shuttle drives you there at a fixed price – meet & greet at arrivals, flight tracking, motorway tolls and waiting time included.
Innsbruck is a good alternative to Salzburg when flights are cheaper or the times suit you better; the transfer is longer, but the fixed price is agreed before you book and the driver takes you door to door.

The journey from Innsbruck Airport to Kaprun
We drive the Inn valley motorway east to Wörgl, then via St. Johann in Tirol, Kitzbühel and the Pass Thurn (1,274 m) into the Pinzgau and via Mittersill to Kaprun – about 2 hours 20 minutes. The Pass Thurn is a main road kept open all winter.
On changeover days the Kitzbühel section can be busy; we plan pick-up times for return transfers with a margin.
